Trainer/in CLEANING Academy
We are looking for an experienced trainer for our NAILINO Academy nail training courses across Switzerland. If you are a passionate nail technician and have in-depth experience in gel modeling and other nail techniques, then you've come to the right place.
Tasks:
- Development and implementation of training courses with NAILINO products for gel modeling and other nail techniques
- Imparting knowledge on the topics of hygiene, safety and customer care
- Assistance in the development of training programs and teaching materials
- Implementation of training in individual or group courses
- Monitoring and evaluating the learning progress of the participants
Requirements:
- Sound knowledge of gel modeling and other nail techniques
- At least 2 years of experience as a nail designer
- Own nail studio
- Experience in conducting courses or training
- Good communication skills and enjoy teaching
- A sense of responsibility and a high degree of professionalism
- Flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt to changes
