Trainer at NAILINO Academy
We are looking for an experienced trainer for our NAILINO Academy nail training courses throughout Switzerland. If you are a passionate nail technician with solid experience in gel modeling and other nail techniques, then you're exactly who we're looking for.
Tasks:
- Developing and conducting training courses using NAILINO products for gel modeling and other nail techniques.
- Imparting knowledge on the topics of hygiene, safety and customer service
- Support in the development of training programs and teaching materials
- Conducting training courses in individual or group settings
- Monitoring and evaluation of participants' learning progress
Requirements:
- Solid knowledge of gel modeling and other nail techniques
- At least 2 years of experience as a nail designer
- Own nail salon
- Experience in conducting training courses or workshops
- Good communication skills and enjoyment of teaching
- A sense of responsibility and a high degree of professionalism
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to changes
