Terms and Conditions (T&C)

Scope: Switzerland & Liechtenstein
1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders and bookings placed via www.nailino.ch with NAILINO Group GmbH.
The offer is intended exclusively for consumers domiciled in Switzerland or Liechtenstein.
A consumer is a natural person acting for private purposes. Orders in non-household quantities may be rejected without justification.
The version of the T&C valid at the time of the order shall apply. Deviating conditions of the customer are not recognised.

3. Products and Information
Product presentations constitute a non-binding invitation to order. Images, descriptions and specifications are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual product.
4. Conclusion of Contract
By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon order confirmation, shipment of goods or confirmation of a booked course.
5. Prices
All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately.
6. Payment Methods

- Advance payment (bank transfer)
Orders paid by advance payment will be shipped only after full payment.
7. Delivery
Delivery is limited to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Delivery times are non-binding.
8. Transfer of Risk
Risk passes to the customer upon handover to the shipping provider.
9. Returns and Withdrawal
There is no statutory right of withdrawal. Returns are accepted only for unopened, unused and original packaged products, subject to prior contact.
10. Courses and Trainings
Courses booked via the online shop take place on site. Course bookings are binding and non-refundable unless expressly agreed otherwise.
11. Warranty
Statutory warranty provisions under Swiss law apply. Defects must be reported immediately after receipt.
12. Liability
Liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law. No liability is assumed for improper use or non-compliance with instructions.
13. Retention of Title
Goods remain the property of NAILINO Group GmbH until fully paid.
14. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
15. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively. Place of jurisdiction is the registered office of NAILINO Group GmbH, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
16. Severability Clause
Should any provision be invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
