Delivery area: We deliver exclusively to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

If you are not present during delivery:

The package will be deposited in front of your door, at the entrance, or at your company's reception.

📦 Delivery Damage

If products are delivered with visible damage to packaging or contents:

  1. Complain immediately to the delivery service (e.g., Post, courier)
  2. Refuse acceptance of the damaged package
  3. Have a damage confirmation issued
  4. Inform us immediately via email: support@nailino.ch
