Free shipping on all orders over CHF 100.–

Otherwise the following tariffs apply:
Costs for priority parcel shipping: CHF 9.90

Packaging

Our shipping packaging is filled with natural, compostable corn chips. These dissolve in the water.

 Delivery area

Our products are sent to our customers by post. Deliveries are limited to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

After the order has been confirmed by NAILINO, the products will be delivered to the address you provided. 

The delivery does not include any additional services, such as unpacking and packaging the product, disposal of packaging, etc.

Sustainability in our shipping process

In our effort to protect the environment and nature, we have decided to no longer send paper delivery notes with our products. Instead, you will receive the receipt as a convenient PDF in your shipping confirmation email. In this way, together we reduce paper consumption and contribute to a greener planet.

 

Delivery times

Products in stock will be shipped within 1-2 days. The delivery times are non-binding.

In the event of a (partial) delivery impossibility, the corresponding order will be (partially) canceled, you will be informed and any payments already made will be refunded. 

Claims arising from late delivery or (partial) failure of delivery are excluded.

 

Delivery times

Deliveries are not possible on Sundays and official national or cantonal holidays.

Delivery in absence

If you are not present, the products will be left at the front door, entrance or reception of the company.

The optional information (apart from the door code and floor) cannot be taken into account for daytime delivery.

You assume responsibility for the delivered products, even if they were left outside your home or company in your absence.

 

Delivery damage

If products are delivered with obvious damage to the packaging or contents, you must immediately complain to the service provider (e.g. freight forwarder or postal service) and refuse acceptance. You are obliged to have a damage confirmation report from the service provider (e.g. freight forwarder, postal service) handed to you. All transport damage must also be reported to NAILINO immediately.
