Shipping Costs
Free shipping for orders of CHF 100.- or more. For orders below CHF 100.-, a flat shipping fee of CHF 9.90 (priority shipping) applies.
Delivery Area
Delivery is available exclusively within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Delivery Times
In-stock products are usually shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery times are non-binding.
In the event of full or partial non-delivery, the order will be cancelled accordingly and any payments already made will be refunded. Further claims are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Delivery in Case of Absence
If delivery is attempted in the customer's absence, the shipment may be deposited in accordance with the carrier's terms (e.g. in front of the door or at reception).
Responsibility for the shipment passes to the customer upon deposit.
Shipping Damage
Obvious transport damage must be reported immediately to the delivery service and acceptance must be refused. In addition, NAILINO Group GmbH must be informed without delay.

Packaging
We use sturdy cardboard packaging as well as predominantly recyclable and biodegradable filling materials.
Payment Terms
The following payment methods are available:

- TWINT
- PayPal
- Shopify Payments (Stripe)
- Advance payment (bank transfer)
NAILINO Group GmbH reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods or require advance payment.
Goods remain the property of NAILINO Group GmbH until full payment has been received.
Returns
There is no statutory right of withdrawal. Returns are only accepted for unopened, unused and original packaged products in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
