1. Prepare your natural nails:
File your nails into the desired shape, remove the cuticles, and lightly roughen the nail surface with a buffer. Then clean them thoroughly to remove oils and dust.

2. Choose the appropriate dual form:
Select the appropriate size of the dual form for each nail. It should fit your natural nail perfectly, without extending beyond the sides.

3. Apply primer:
To improve adhesion, apply a nail primer to your natural nail. Let it air dry.

4. Prepare the gel or polyacrylic gel: If you are using gel, make sure you have a UV or LED lamp.

5. Fill in the dual form:
Apply the gel or polyacrylic gel to the dual form. Ensure you spread the mixture evenly to avoid bubbles and unevenness. The amount should be sufficient to cover the entire nail, but not so much that it overflows.

6. Place the dual form on your nail:
Carefully place the dual form onto your natural nail, starting at the nail bed, and then gently press it down to the tip to ensure no air bubbles are trapped. Secure with clips to keep the dual tip in the correct position.

7. Allow to harden:
If you are using gel or polyacrylic gel, cure it under the UV/LED lamp according to the instructions.

8. Remove the dual form:
Once the material has hardened, carefully click off the dual form. You should now have a perfectly shaped nail extension.

9. File and shape the nail:
File your nail into the desired shape and smooth the surface with a buffer.

10. Seal the nail:
Apply a top coat to add shine and protect the nail enhancement. Cure the top coat under a lamp if you are using gel or polyacrylic gel.

11. Care:
Finally, you can apply nail oil to the nail bed to nourish your skin.
